Supported by two APRNs in the clinic who handle clinic visits and assist the physician. One PA works exclusively in the hospital to assist with consults, rounding, and other supportive tasks. The Cancer Center is conveniently located next to the 15-bed infusion center for easy access. In-clinic lab and x-ray available. Clinic is currently set up for bone marrow biopsies but can be adapted for additional physician-driven procedures. Weekday call is 1:2. No weekend call coverage required and no weekend rounding necessary. Very few calls during the week. The EHR is Epic. Facility Info: A 492-bed hospital complete with an Intensive Care Unit, Outpatient Imaging, and Surgery Center. Home to one of the busiest ERs in the state.
