Shift / Hours:
- 5×8 Day Shifts
- Start times: 8:00 AM or 8:30 AM
- End times: 4:00 PM or 4:30 PM (based on department needs)
Experience Requirements:- Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- First-time travelers accepted with inpatient hospital / acute care experience
- EPIC charting preferred
Licensure & Certifications:- Active Maryland RN License (required)
- BLS preferred
Workload:- Average daily census: ~15 cases per day
Role Overview:- Inpatient case management
- Coordination of medical home care services
- Discharge planning and placement coordination
- Addressing social determinants and wrap-around services to ensure safe discharges
Dress Code: Hourly Breakdown Total Hourly Pay Rate: $ 54.00 Per Hour On W2(Taxable): $ 18.00 Per Hour Stipend(Non-Taxable): $ 36.00 Per Hour Weekly Breakdown: Weekly Gross: $ 2,160.00 Per Week On W2(Taxable): $ 720.00 Per Week Stipend(Non-Taxable): $ 1,440.00 Per Week OT Rate ON W-2 $ 27.00 Per Hour Hours per week: $ 40.00 Hours
