Salary and Benefits:
- Base Salary: $240,000 - $260,000
- Bonuses: $50,000 Sign on Bonus and an additional up to $20,000 in Year One Bonuses
- Partnership track (no buy-in) typically within months; 65% achieve partnership in one year and earn over $300,000 annually

Responsibilities:
- Monday Friday 7:30AM 5:00 PM (last patient at 4:15 PM)
- No Nights, No Weekends, and No In-Hospital Call (Call is divided by X providers, 1 week of nights every X weeks)
- Perform 100% outpatient care with no nights or weekend
- See approximately 18 patients per day
- Manage a small patient panel with a maximum of 450 patients
- Provide high-quality, value-based primary care to senior patients with 3 5 chronic conditions
- Collaborate with a dedicated care team, including your own medical assistant and scheduler
- Coordinate with in-house consulting specialists (e.g., cardiology, podiatry) and holistic health services
- Participate in a mission-driven model focused on VIP senior care
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience with senior populations in outpatient primary care setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; local and occasional regional travel required
