Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Operating Room Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the specialty, along with 2-3 previous travel assignments. Experience in Orthopedic and Neurosurgery procedures is preferred.
Responsibilities- Circulate and scrub in various surgical cases except Open Heart.
- Participate in emergency procedures as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with surgical teams and staff.
- Maintain sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols.
- Manage patients' care and provide support in the Pre-op and Post-op areas.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required for RNs.
- BLS certification is required for OR Techs.
- CST certification is preferred for Techs.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an operating room setting.
- Previous travel assignments are mandatory.
