The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure the safety and efficiency of facilities and equipment. The role requires general knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and building systems, as well as the ability to read work orders and handle multiple priorities. Physical demands include lifting up to 75 pounds and performing various physical activities in varying temperature environments.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and appearance of our facilities and equipment. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complete general preventative maintenance and repairs
- Assist in maintaining a safe work environment
- Complete scheduled tasks and respond to maintenance calls
- Other duties as assigned
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least 18 years old or older
- Must possess a valid Driver's License
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Vocational training or relevant certifications in construction technology is helpful but not required
- General electrical, plumbing, and building systems knowledge
- Trade School or work experience in a mechanical field desired
- PLC and VFD knowledge preferred
- Ability to read and interpret work orders
- General computer skills (diagnostic and administrative)
- High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities
- Basic math skills are required
- Uses good judgement to consider the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Must be able to lift items of up to 75 pounds
- Must be able to climb stairs, bend, stand, kneel, twist, reach, and pull frequently
