Our job summary

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children, primarily after school hours, supporting their developmental and behavioral goals. This role involves working closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and requires active RBT certification, reliable transportation, and a passion for empathetic care. What you'll need to be successful:

RBT Credential with an active status through the BACB
Reliable transportation to homes within the greater Northern New Jersey area
Willingness to undergo fingerprinting and reference checks prior to working with our learners
Passion for doing ABA right by acting with intention and empathy in every interaction with learners, caregivers, and supervision team
