• Patient Volume/Census: reads/day (locums expectation; perm radiologists average 100/day)
• Case Mix: General Radiology, ER coverage with occasional basic fluoro

• Trauma Level: Adult I IV

• Office Equipment Available: Standard radiology equipment
• Support Staff Available: Radiology team on site

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
• Credentialing Timeline: Applications due within 7 days; approximately 60 days to credential
• Training: Cerner training required (remote, 4 hours, paid at provider rate or $215/hr)

Flights: Economy only (Flagstaff Pulliam Airport nearby; Phoenix Sky Harbor 2.5 hrs away)
Lodging: Max $200/night (hotel or Airbnb/Vrbo)
Rental Car/Gas: Standard/economy only, max $100/day, gas reimbursed
Parking: Reimbursed (hotel, airport economy, rideshare allowed)
REQUIRED PROCEDURES
• General radiology reads for ER patients
• Occasional basic fluoroscopy cases
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active Arizona license or IMLC (Required)
• Board: Board Certified in Radiology (Required)
• DEA: Required
• Certifications: BLS (Required)
• Other Qualifications: Must complete mandatory Cerner training prior to start
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide general radiology coverage for ER patients
• Perform occasional basic fluoroscopy procedures
• Maintain expected daily read volume of studies
• Complete in-hospital reads (remote not an option)
• Document patient care accurately in the Cerner EMR system
