A Level 4 Hospital Emergency Department located in Mt. Pleasant, MI is seeking a highly experienced Midlevel provider to provide locum tenens coverage on the below dates:

About the site:

-Annual ED Volume-20,000

-Avg patients per day=20

-Transfer sites available under 1 hour

-Low Admission Rate Hospitalist/ED Physician write Admit Orders

-Work Autonomously with supervising physician available

-Subspecialties available include Ortho, OB, Gen Surg, Neuro, Uro

-Physicians interpret EKGs

-Cerner EMR

Offering a competitive hourly rate. This is a 1099 position offering complimentary medical malpractice coverage, mileage reimbursement, and lodging if needed. Providers must be local/drive-in candidates.

-Board Certification

-2 years' experience at minimum

-Active MI License and DEA

-Clean History

-BLS, ACLS, PALS required

-Up to date Vaccination Status
