We are seeking a passionate and dedicated healthcare professional to provide exceptional care to the underserved and homeless population in a clinic environment. This is a full-time position with an ASAP start, and the coverage will continue until a permanent fill is found.
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and comprehensive primary care services to patients on an outpatient basis
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose medical conditions, and prescribe appropriate treatments
- Educate patients on preventive care, disease management, and healthy lifestyle choices
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations and standards
Requirements:
- Valid NP/PA license in the state of Georgia
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in primary care
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for public service and commitment to serving the underserved population
- Ability to handle a patient load of 10-12 patients per day
