Qualifications:
- Master's Degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy
- Current Illinois OT license
- Prefer candidate to have experience with total body work and not limited to fine motor
- Previous pediatric experience is required
Role Overview:
As an OT, you will support students in this clinical setting by assessing their needs, developing individualized plans, and implementing interventions to help them succeed academically, socially, and physically. This role offers the opportunity to work with young learners in a supportive school environment while making a lasting impact on their development.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Full Time need
- Start is March 23
- Hours: M-TH working 10 hour days with start at 9am
- Setting: Clinic setting
- Caseload: Most are elementary aged kids with primarily sensory issues, ASD, low muscle tone, hypertonia, behavioral regulation, ADHD, apraxia.
- In-person only, as you will work 1:1
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students' motor, sensory, and functional abilities to identify areas of need and develop individualized therapy plans.
