8 am - 4:30 pm with 40 hour guarantee
Home health adult care setting
2 years minimum home care experience required
Must work independently with minimal supervision
Every 4-6 weekends and holiday coverage as needed
Valid driver's license required
Acute care experience preferred
Clinical fellow candidates accepted
