Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Locum Tenens
Start Date: November 1, 2025
Assignment Length: 26 weeks
Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
Call: Every 4th night and every 5th weekend (rotation is flexible during ramp-up phase)

Position Overview:

Seeking 4 CRNA locums to join their independent practice model starting in November. Providers must be comfortable practicing autonomously and proficient in blocks, epidurals, and spinals.

Clinical Details:

• Annual Case Volume: 3,800

• Common Case Types:
  Endoscopy, orthopedics (including joints and spines), OB (415 deliveries in past year 160 C-sections), peds dental, general surgery, urology, pain management, GYN, ENT, podiatry

• Call Details:

  • Every 4th night

  • Every 5th weekend

  • Schedule is flexible during initial ramp-up phase

Team & Practice Model:

• Model: Independent CRNA-only practice

• Daily Coverage: 4 CRNAs (Monday Friday)

Requirements:

• License: Active Oklahoma license (required at submission)

• Certifications: NBCRNA, DEA, Oklahoma CSR

• Experience: Minimum 1 year post-training

• Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in spinals, epidurals, and peripheral nerve blocks

  • Independent practice experience strongly preferred

Compensation Information:

Full rate structure required at time of presentation, including:

• 8-hour daily guarantee

• Overtime rate (after 8 hours/day)

• Weeknight call flat fee + callback hourly rate

• 24-hour weekend/holiday call flat fee + callback hourly rate
