Opportunity:
Seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) Family Medicine for a full-time outpatient position
Provide comprehensive primary and preventative care for patients across the lifespan (pediatrics through geriatrics)
Diagnose and manage acute illnesses, infections, and injuries, as well as chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and heart disease
Conduct physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic testing, prescribe and manage medications, and develop individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure continuity and coordination of care
Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, lifestyle modification, and wellness strategies
Opportunities available for teaching and mentorship within the university s medical education programs
EMR system utilized across the system for documentation and care coordination
Compensation & Benefits:
$125,000 $135,000 annually, commensurate with experience
