The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients, implementing treatment plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts. The role involves data collection, collaboration with families and team members, and maintaining a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions. Candidates must hold an RBT credential, have experience with autism or developmental disabilities, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Compensation and Schedule:
Pay Range: Starts at $20/hr
Job Type: Full Time
Schedule: M-TH 9:30-4:30, F 9-3

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-clinic.
Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Collect and document data on client progress.
Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
Support clients in developing essential life skills through structured activities and positive reinforcement.
Requirements:
• Must hold a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential at the time of hire.
• 1 year of work experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy preferred.
• 1+ years of experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum or with other developmental disabilities preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check and obtain a valid Texas Fingerprinting Report prior to attending orientation.
• Valid Adult/Child CPR and First Aid certification required, or must be obtained before orientation.
• Must have reliable transportation and a willingness to travel locally.
• Strong verbal and written communication, time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
