Key Responsibilities: Clinical Leadership Provider Management & KPIs Quality Improvement Direct Patient Care Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Medical Director in a mid-sized FQHC or community health center. Strong leadership, management, and communication skills. Knowledge of CQI initiatives and quality benchmarks like HEDIS, UDS, and PCMH. Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR). Commitment to serving underserved communities.
