Lead a growing cardiothoracic surgery program in Tallahassee with a competitive base + uncapped wRVU model. Seeking BC/BE Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join a permanent, full-time practice in the Tallahassee area. Adult cardiac and thoracic surgery with minimally invasive and robotic cases. Call rota ~1:4; team includes APRNs/PAs and 3 current surgeons. - BC/BE in Cardiothoracic Surgery
- Experience with adult cardiac and thoracic procedures, minimally invasive/robotic techniques
- Eligible for Florida medical license
- Prior program leadership preferred
- Ability to cover hospital/ER call (1:4)
