Reliant Staffing Solutions/RSS Medical is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Battle Creek, Michigan.
Job Description & Requirements

Job Summary (List Format):
- Must be available for the first 8 days of assignment
- Limited holiday time off: Only one holiday day OR one adjacent day (not both) allowed
- Will float to other Med Surg units as needed (typically once per week)
- Required to work every other weekend
- Must be willing to work with a variety of staff (RNs, LPNs, Techs, etc.)
- Block scheduling cannot be guaranteed or approved at this time
- Required qualifications:
- Valid Michigan RN License
- BLS certification (AHA)
- Minimum 1 year Med/Surg RN experience (2 years preferred)
- May be assigned to units with specialties including:
- Ortho/neurovascular
- Cardio/pulmonary
- GI, urology, hysterectomies, mastectomies surgical patients
- Typical staffing ratio: 1 RN to 4-5 patients on days
- Ratios may flex up to 7 patients, with RN paired with LPN for support in these instances
- Will work alongside a diverse team of healthcare professionals
- Floating to other Med/Surg units based on staffing needs
