Position Title: Production Worker - Laborer

Wage: $18.07 per hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 7:00am-3:00pm

QPS Employment Group has a great Production Worker - Laborer position available at a company in Quincy, IL. This is a 1st shift position with the opportunity for hire. 

Production Worker - Laborer Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Load and unload rims from hooks and lines.
- Move various products using hands, arms, and core body strength.
- Inspect products to ensure they meet customer specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Production Worker - Laborer Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50–100 lbs. consistently throughout shift.
- Stand for 8–12 hours per shift.
- Ability to grip, push, pull, and manipulate materials while frequently bending, stooping, twisting, and kneeling.
- Work in a loud, hot environment.
- Forklift Operators must roll and position wheels over 100 lbs.
- Painters must wear a Tyvek suit, respirator, and gloves throughout the shift.
- Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and directions from supervisors.
