What You’ll Do
Assist with implementing personalized occupational therapy treatment plans
Guide patients through therapeutic activities that improve daily living skills and independence
Track, document, and communicate patient progress to the supervising Occupational Therapist
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver well-rounded, patient-centered care
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and techniques for continued success at home
Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming therapy environment
What We’re Looking For
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) program
Active state license or eligibility for licensure (multi-state assistance provided)
1+ year of experience preferred, but strong new grads are encouraged to apply
Ability to adapt to various settings including SNF, hospital, outpatient, and home health
Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills
A passion for patient care and a desire to travel and grow professionally
