Qualifications you'll bring:

• An Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

Your key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the ancillary services department, including supervising a team of employees and ensuring their productivity and performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the department's operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services.
• Monitor and analyze departmental performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the quality of services provided.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth among team members.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback, coaching, and training to team members.
• Collaborate with the HR department to recruit, onboard, and train new employees as needed.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
