We are seeking a skilled Anesthesiologist to join our team at a brand-new, privately owned surgical center in McAllen, Texas. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting new practice from the ground up.

Position Highlights:

• Competitive hourly compensation: $350 $400/hour

• PRN, part-time schedule with flexibility

• Potential for full-time position as patient volume increases

• Facility opening November 2025

• Focus on personal injury cases and interventional pain management

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible Anesthesiologist. Experience with pain management preferred.

• Active Texas medical license (or ability to obtain)

• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care

• Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
