Customer Service Representative - Full Time

Job Description:
Our Customer Service Representatives play a key role in creating a positive experience for our customers. In this role, you will assist potential borrowers and current customers with questions about loan products, evaluate vehicles, manage customer loans and payments, communicate with customers regarding their accounts, and make courtesy calls as needed.

  • Rotating Saturdays, 9:00 AM-3:00 PM
  • Never work on Sundays!
• Potential for a $1.00/hour raise after 90 days, based on attendance and performance.

Job Requirements

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Work Experience:

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Computer and data entry proficiency
