COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Rate: Daily rate with OT after 12 hours (based on differential); Weekly OT after 168 hours (based on fixed)

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses: Active Arkansas MD License
- Board: BC/BE in EM, IM, or FM (If not BC must have 2,500 ED hours in past 5 years)
- DEA: Active Arkansas DEA License
- Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, PALS, 2 Trauma CMEs every 3 years
- Experience: Minimum 2 years recent ED experience; 2 years case logs and CMEs required
- Other Qualifications: Medical Degree and Residency Certificate required
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide emergency care to patients across all acuity levels
- Collaborate with NPPA and specialty backup teams for consultations
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat emergent and non-emergent conditions
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation using CPSI
- Participate in trauma and code response per facility protocol
