WCS Healthcare has an immediate opening for a registered nurse in a residential facility working with I/DD patients for full-time day shift.
Job Function:
- Day Shift.
- 9am - 5pm or 8am - 4pm.
- Provides triage and first aid treatment.
- Maintains accurate and complete medical records.
- Responsible for carrying out agency’s policies and professional standards.
- Comply with all privacy laws including HIPAA, etc.
- Oversees all medical aspects of consumer's life
Job Requirements:
- Active New York State Licensure and in good standing.
- 1 years of nursing experience in OPWDD/IDD.
- Prior experience working with this population is a plus.
