Board certified or eligible Internal Medicine Physician managing primary care for adult patients, handling 10-15 cases daily including sick/well visits and chronic disease management such as hypertension and diabetes. Responsibilities include patient history taking, physical exams, ordering lab and diagnostic tests, diagnosing conditions, and creating treatment plans. Medication management is performed using the VA Formulary to ensure appropriate care within scope of practice.
