Position Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and driven Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient pulmonary care team in Prescott, AZ. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced providers looking to grow in a specialized clinical setting with no night or weekend responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient care for adults 55+ with respiratory and pulmonary conditions

• Perform assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and create treatment plans

• Collaborate with supervising physicians and interdisciplinary teams

• Educate patients and families on care plans and chronic disease management

• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and support clinical protocols

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Nursing; board-certified Nurse Practitioner

• Arizona NP license (or ability to obtain before start)

• Experience in pulmonology, internal medicine, or sleep medicine preferred

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Pulmonary specialty
