Job Description & Requirements Ophthalmology Physician StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8 Pay Rate: $1455.00 - $1575.00 This facility is seeking an Ophthalmology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 am -5:00 pm Practice Setting: Retinal Ophthalmology Clinic & Surgery onsite Types of Cases: Mainly injections, scheduled surgeries and procedures Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days Electronic Medical Record (EMR): To be determined Certifications required: Board Certified, Retina Fellowship required Licensure Required: Pennsylvania State Medical License or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact will be reviewed Facility Location Nestled at the foothills of Mount Penn, Reading is a fascinating city home to plenty of local attractions.
