What’s involved in this role:
We are looking for a Cheese Packager in Lake Norden, SD.
- Operate and monitor packaging and casing.
- Maintain the packaging room, casing room, brine room and dry storage in a clean and sanitary fashion.
- 6am-6pm, 6pm-6am rotating monthly
- $1.50 night differential pay between the hours of 6pm-6am
- Holiday pay and double time on Sunday
What you need to join our team:
- Willingness to learn and work as a team
- Ability to walk, stand, bend and lift up to 50 lbs
- Minimum 3 months' experience in the manufacturing industry
- Experience in the dairy and/or food industry (asset)
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
