Our client, a leader in the facilities management industry, is seeking a dedicated Lead Worker - Facilities to join their team. As a Lead Worker - Facilities, you will be part of the Corporate Services department supporting operational excellence and facility maintenance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Lead Worker - Facilities
Location: Green Bay, WI
Pay Range: $23.31
Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
What's the Job?
- Perform cleaning and maintenance of facilities in a production environment
- Walk 4 to 5 miles daily to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
- Coordinate with team members to complete daily tasks efficiently
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Assist in training new team members and ensuring adherence to procedures
What's Needed?
- Ability to walk long distances daily in a production setting
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to follow safety protocols
- Previous experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance is a plus but not required
