IMCS GROUP is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Des Moines, Iowa.

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients with acute and chronic conditions.
• Perform detailed patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and interpret cardiac rhythms via telemetry.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Continuously monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes or emergencies.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the EPIC EMR.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, and discharge instructions.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment while adhering to infection control and hospital policies.

Must have 2+ years of MedSurg/Tele Experience Must have BLS, ACLS - AHA Must have NIHSS
