Seeking a high energy General Manager for a successful and growing restaurant group. This is a hands-on position that requires you to be available for your team. We are offering a base salary of $68-$75K, commiserate with experience.

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

• Require current or very recent experience in high-volume restaurant and catering operations.
• Solid tenure -- no job hoppers
• Upbeat and energetic personality, highly positive, and able to coach
• Great communication skills and personal appearance
• Focused on standards to deliver an outstanding speed of service, amazing food, and customer service
• A willingness to lead from the front and put in the time and effort to ensure quality and excellence
