Applicants must have excellent research, analytical, writing, and client communication skills and a strong academic background. - 140K-185K Base plus bonus and potential Partner Growth depending on experience

Litigation Attorney Qualifications:
- Have a commitment to the law, employment rights, and making a difference with people
- Experience with employment-related disputes through negotiated settlements and litigating when necessary.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with standard business-related software, including LexisNexis and Westlaw (required)
- Completion of all the academic and compliance requirements to be a practicing attorney in New Jersey and New York
