Assistant General Manager - Multi-Unit Requirements & Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of restaurant management experience, including front-of-house duties
- Must be eligible for and maintain a SIDA badge (airport security requirement)
- ServSafe certification required
- Must hold or obtain any applicable state health and alcohol compliance cards
- Able to stand or walk for long periods, work flexible hours (including nights/weekends), and lift up to 50 pounds
Assistant General Manager - Multi-Unit Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience in both full-service restaurants and coffee shop operations
- Strong leadership, team motivation, and communication abilities
- Skilled at multitasking and managing multiple locations
- Proficient with POS systems and software such as Excel
