Overview
Position Summary:
Facilitates the processing of non-trade accounts payable invoices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Uploads invoices into accounts payable system.
- Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoices.
- Obtains all necessary documentation for processing.
- Responds to questions regarding invoices.
- Research and resolve invoice issues, escalates more complex issues to team lead.
- Provide research and documentation to assist regional and corporate accounting teams.
- Communicates with varies individuals from the branches and the finance area.
- Adheres to compliance and operational risk controls and regulatory standards and policies and practices.
- Analyze payables data as requested.
- Assist team lead with various projects.
Preferred:
- Trilingual (English, Spanish, Portuguese speaking/writing)
- Minimum: Bilingual (English, Spanish speaking/writing)
- Knowledge of general accounting procedures
- 4 or more years related experience
- Intermediate Excel knowledge
- Associates degree
