No hospital/ER call and 1:5 practice call—work-life balance with strong earning potential. Board-eligible/certified Orthopaedic Surgeon role, permanent, general ortho practice treating worker’s comp and personal injury, office minutes from Baltimore, flexible time off, full benefits, 401(k). - ABOS or AOBOS board eligible/certified - Experience with worker’s comp/personal injury cases (preferred) - Willingness to learn and work in a private group - Ability to perform IMEs and independent practice

• Performing independent medical exams
• Being a true generalist in Orthopaedic Surgery

• Experience in treating worker's compensation cases and personal injury patients (preferred)
