Permanent, hospital-employed role: 15×12-hour shifts/month (days $1,350, nights $1,500), performance bonus, extra-shift incentives. Responsibilities:

• Work fifteen 12-hour shifts per month
• Earn $1,350 for day shifts and $1,500 for night shifts
• Performance bonus available
• Incentives for extra shifts worked

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN
• Valid medical license in the state of Virginia
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
