Tax Partner Requirements & Qualifications
- 10+ years of public accounting experience
- Expertise in individual and business tax strategy and compliance
- Experience with real estate audits (especially apartments/condos) strongly preferred
- Background in both small and large firms a plus
- CPA required
- Strong client relationship skills and the ability to manage complex engagements
- Leadership mindset. Willing to mentor staff and drive firm-wide growth
