Shift Details- Shift: 3×12-hour shifts
- Block Scheduling: Not allowed
Call RequirementsWeekend Requirement- Every other weekend (2 weekends per month)
Time Off (RTO) Policy- Maximum 5 days total
- No more than 2 consecutive days
- No holiday RTO
- No RTO the day before or after a holiday
- No weekend RTO
Floating Requirements- Mandatory float facility (Cook County)
- ICU RNs will float between:
- Burn ICU
- CCU
- Medical ICU
- SICU
- Neuro ICU
- May float to Med-Surg units if needed
- Orientation Week: First week (orientation + precepting) will be on day shift
Guaranteed HoursRequirementsExperience- Minimum 2 years recent acute care ICU experience
CertificationsLicensure- Pending licenses NOT accepted
Locals- Locals accepted and preferred
- Must live within 75 miles of the facility
