General Manager Responsibilities and Qualifications:
· Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in restaurant management. (Fast Food preferred)
· Proven track record of managing a team and achieving operational and financial goals.
· Understanding P&L and how to drive KPIs
· Team leadership and development
· Customer service excellence
· Marketing and Community engagement
General Manager Preferred Background and Skills:
· Fast Casual or Fast Food experience
· Drive-thru experience
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and restaurant management software.
