The Role:
Location: Tabb / Newport News, VA
Assignment duration: Ongoing
VA license preferred.
Shift: Monday - Friday. 10 & 12 hour. 50 hour work week.
Occasional OT.
Is there a call involved: Yes.
Cases- OB, Ortho, Neuro Intervention, Vascular and Trauma, GI, GU, GYN, THORACIC, CVIR, MRI, Endoscopy, ACS, (minimal Peds).
3rd Call: MD call shift - 7pm to 7am.Weekend Call: MD (Saturday and Sunday).
In house (7a to 7p), 3rd call (7p to 7a).
Board Certification Required.
Supervision model, 3:1.
How many anesthesia rooms are on-site: RRMC: OB (2 ORs), Main OR (15), CVIR/Specials (2), MRI/CT (1), Endo (3 rms), Bronch (1 rm). ICARE/ EPIC EMR (onsite EMR training).
Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day Premium When Called In
