Schedule: Full-Time Monday Friday Clinic Hours Close at 5:00 PM
Setting: 100% Outpatient No Nights No Weekends No Call

An established outpatient primary care clinic in Jackson, MS is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to care for an older adult, Medicare-focused patient population in a supportive, well-resourced environment.

Role Overview
Provide comprehensive primary care to older adults
Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, CHF, COPD, and arthritis

Work collaboratively with nursing, medical assistants, and care coordinators
Practice in a value-based model focused on outcomes, not throughput
Qualifications
MD or DO
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Active Mississippi medical license or ability to obtain
Interest in outpatient geriatric-focused primary care
