American Traveler is seeking an experienced ICU RN with a current CA license and strong floating abilities for night or day shifts.
Responsibilities- Position based in an inpatient hospital ICU setting
- Must float to all inpatient units including ICU, SDICU, Telemetry, and Med Surg
- Night shift: 3x12 hour shifts, 7:00 pm – 7:00 am, every other weekend required
- Day shift available: 3x12 hour shifts, 7:00 am – 7:30 pm
- No on-call responsibilities
- Must be willing to float between ICU, SDICU, Telemetry, and Med Surg units as needed
- Return staff policy requires at least 1 year since previous assignment as a traveler
- Only one holiday off will be approved during the contract
- Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the facility
- Must be available to complete lab work within 3-5 days of contract signing
- Active CA RN license required
- 4 years of RN experience required
- Certifications required: BLS (AHA), ACLS, and NIHSS
- Experience with ICU and floating to multiple hospital units needed
