Are you an experienced Anesthesiologist seeking a locum tenens opportunity? A facility located near Seattle, WA is looking for a qualified provider to help with ongoing coverage needs. This role offers a great chance to work in a supportive inpatient environment with an established team. Assignment Highlights: Start Date: January 1, 2025 End Date: Ongoing assignment Shift Schedule: Day shifts: 7 AM 7 PM Facility operates 5 days per week with 8 operating rooms. Overtime available for shifts exceeding 10 or 12 hours, depending on schedule. Call Requirement: 1 call shift per week (7 PM 7 AM) Call includes nights/weekends for emergent surgeries. Patients Per Shift: 5-10 Practice Setting: Inpatient Facility EMR System: Epic Temporary hospital privileges are available to expedite onboarding. Skills & Experience Required: Board Certification: Required in Anesthesiology License: Active WA license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) eligibility Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS required OB Experience: Mandatory for medical staff privileges Clinical Responsibilities Include: General Anesthesia (Adult and Pediatric) Spinal, Epidural, and Regional Anesthesia Ventilation Management Acute volume/blood pressure issue management Central and Arterial Line Placement Obstetrical Anesthesia (OB) Surgical Case Expectations: Bread-and-butter anesthesia cases Regional blocks and post-op pain management Experience with complex orthopedic and OB cases is preferred Call Details: Call ratio: 1 in 7 Response time: 30 minutes Emergencies may include nights and weekends.
