- Full-time, permanent position
- Hospital is a 204-bed, not-for-profit community hospital serving the Cedar Valley. Hospital is the busiest hospital in the Cedar Valley. The hospital cares for more inpatients, outpatients, emergency patients and cardiac patients than any other hospital in the 10-county service area.

- 24/7 hospitalist program is responsible for adult and pediatric inpatients
- Fully integrated system with clinic and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination Responsibilities:
- Cover a variety of cases including general, urology, neurosurgery, ortho, podiatry, and OB as well as out of the OR procedures
- Work independently with Physician back up
- No heart, tight-knit group and work hospital and Ambulatory surgical center
- Post 1st call off
- Shared call amongst the providers and triage
- Practice is a mix of inpatient and outpatient
- Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve
- General family medicine procedures such as joint injections, skin excisions, lacerations, casting, etc.
- Evaluates, interprets and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient care
- Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skills Qualifications:
- NBCRNA required
- ACLS Required
- 2-3 years of experience preferred, but will consider new graduate
- Must have a strong understanding of pre-anesthesia and post
- Anesthesia medication
- Good communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
