Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Med/Surg Tele RN to work night shifts. The candidate must have a minimum of 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience in a permanent role. The nurse will provide care to patients in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient conditions, ensuring timely interventions.
• Administer medications and perform necessary treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to formulate patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about health management and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in the electronic health record system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience.
• Active Ohio RN License or Compact License.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty is required.
