Occupational Therapist at Providence Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo, CA. This position is Part time and will work 8-hour, Day shift.

Provides direct patient care services in all assigned areas that includes evaluation, assessment, treatment planning based on the functional needs of the patients, program development, evaluation of the response to care, and readjustment of the treatment plan as required.

Required Qualifications:

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• California Occupational Therapist License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• 1 year - Experience as a practicing therapist.

Preferred Qualifications:

• AOTA and OTAC membership upon hire.
