Job Description

Outpatient onlysenior care practice in East Tampa
Medicare-friendly service to the patients
The group sees patients ages 65+ in an outpatient only setting
You will work Monday-Friday
No hospital work or inpatient admits/rounding required
The shared phone call schedule is 1:10
Each office uses cutting-edge technologies including an on-site, robotic pharmacy to make the patient experience better
Small patient panel, which allows for amazing continuity of care

Compensation

Competitive salary ($250,000+) with strong sign-on
In the second year, there is a base salary increase and performance-based incentive bonuses
These bonuses are based on patient satisfaction surveys
Each physician also receives malpractice coverage, relocation, and full benefits including: health-disability-life insurance-401k with company match-16 vacation days-6 holidays-5 CME days and $1000 allowance
