Great opportunity for a Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician to join a Primary Care clinic in the Northern part of North Carolina near Mt. Airy.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Practice (FP) or Internal Medicine (IM)
• 4 days a week
• Share phone call only with 10 other providers
• 18-22 patients per day
• 1 office staff, 1 MA for provider, and a second MA for lab draws
• EMR used is Meditech Expanse
• Great base salary plus incentive pay and wRVU
• $50K sign on, $25K relo, 25 days PTO, 5 days for CMR and $6K CME dollars
