This role is responsible for managing the daily flow of creative projects, assessing team bandwidth, and ensuring operational excellence.The ideal candidate has a strong background in project management software-specifically Adobe Workfront-and is comfortable using data to influence resourcing and workflow strategies. You will be the "face" of the Creative Services team, managing stakeholder expectations while proactively identifying ways to optimize our department's efficiency.Responsibilities:Project Logistics: Log and track incoming projects in Adobe Workfront, ensuring high visibility and timely assignments.Resource Management: Assess the design team's workload and distribute projects to maintain a balanced flow and meet critical deadlines.Reporting & Analysis: Generate monthly reports on project volume and turnaround times. Analyze this data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for internal account teams and clients, facilitating clear communication and representing Creative Services in meetings.Workflow Optimization: Collaborate with leadership to influence traffic strategies and project management workflows based on data-driven insights.Operational Support: Monitor the department's shared inbox and assist with fast-turnaround initiatives during peak production periods.Qualifications:System Expertise: 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront (or similar project management software). Administrative experience (managing templates, workflows, and dashboards) is strongly preferred.Analytical Skills: Proven ability to interpret reporting data and provide actionable recommendations.Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.Technical Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
