A board-certified or eligible Family Practice physician providing outpatient-only family medicine care in the Midwest region. The position involves no rounding, admissions, or call duties, with a flexible 2-weeks-on / 2-weeks-off rotation and a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Required certifications include BLS and an active state license or IMLC acceptance, with a preference for a clean NPDB.
